Welcome to Friends of Lake Tarpon (FOLT). We’re glad to have you with us on FOLT, a community network dedicated to serving the needs of our Community. Individual  Neighborhood groups,  Wildlife Conservation, Building and Zoning,  and many more sub groups are welcome and  run by the members to give instant and direct access to one another by category ALL IN ONE PLACE. We look forward to creating the most complete community specific group of its kind and encourage your help in doing so.
This online platform represents a new chapter in how people create, organize and communicate online. It’s a great place to PROMOTE and PROTECT OUR COMMUNITY and its’ ORGANIZATIONS, MARKET yourself, your company and services and locate the people you want to meet.  Having our own website and run by the members offers greater customization and privacy, making this the perfect platform for our FAMILY, COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS NETWORK. The goal is to make FOLT a valuable resource for our neighbors and community totally free of charge. By using this website to exchange information, share knowledge, ideas, experiences and events we’ll accomplish just that. AS we grow this resource will be able to offers a way to locate the answers, resources and people you need without navigating unrelated chit-chat and multiple sites. Sub groups, run by our member managers make it possible to pinpoint the people or subject you seek fast. Need info about community conservation issue, have an education resource question, want to find a reputable business or service provider etc., someone with the answer may already be a member.  If not, invite them to join and add their inforation to the mix!
